We also accept bank wire transfer. Please contact us first before using this
payments method.
Why are your prices lower than retail?
We only have a web presence and we do not need to pay for any store front
rental. We also have special channel to collect these luxury items. This lower our
operating cost and therefore allowing us to pass the savings to you.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship worldwide. Shipping price depends on how much you purchase from
us. The more you buy, the less shipping cost we charge. We are not responsible
for any customs charge and therefore we will claim lower value to avoid this issue.
Can I pay my large orders through credit card?
Unfortunately, we can not accept credit card payments for large order due to
additional charge from our credit card payment systems. (i.e. large order: over
$1650 purchase amount).
How long will be waiting for my order?
Normally it takes 1-2 days to process your order and 1-3 week for shipping.
Sometimes international shipping will take longer time to arrive. Please be aware
parcel will be delayed by your local customs.
What's your return policy?
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase contact us immediately at
info@evoguer.com. We will instruct you where to return your bag(s).
You must return your bag(s) first with new and unused conditions for all original
packaging and no signs of wear within 7 days of receipt for refund. You must send your
returned package via courier at your expense and provide us with a tracking number in
order for a refund to be issued.
Shipping expenses will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds may take up to 5-10
business days after receiving of goods.
